Welcome to Lixo. These Terms & Conditions set out how we sell and deliver our products, including our customisation service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Our products and prices

  • We currently sell children’s jumpers, including pre-made items and customised garments.

  • We are not VAT registered. All prices shown are the final price you will pay (excluding delivery).

  • From time to time, we may run promotions or discounts. If so, the terms of the offer will be explained clearly on our website.

3. Ordering and payment

  • Orders are placed through our website and paid securely at the point of order.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe (which also supports Apple Pay).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

4. Delivery

  • We use a range of trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, InPost, Parcelforce and DPD. The courier may vary depending on the order.

  • Delivery options: Standard and Next Day (where available).

  • Dispatch time:

    • Pre-made jumpers: normally dispatched within 3 working days.

    • Customised jumpers: dispatch will take longer, and we’ll confirm the timeframe with you as part of the customisation process.

  • If there’s a delay with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier. Where tracking is available, we’ll provide it to you automatically..

5. Returns and cancellations

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.

  • Customised jumpers are non-returnable, please contact us if you believe your item is faulty.

6. Faulty or damaged items

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@lixo.world with photos of the issue.

  • We will issue a refund via your original payment method.

7. Customisation

In addition to selling pre-made jumpers, we offer a service where we repurpose jumpers supplied by you. The following terms apply:

  • Condition of garments: We cannot remove stains or existing damage. We recommend you take photos of your jumper before sending it to us. If the garment is unsuitable for alteration, we reserve the right to refuse it and return it to you at your expense.

  • Sending jumpers to us: You are responsible for ensuring your garment reaches us safely. Please use a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they arrive with us.

  • Returning customised jumpers: We’ll return your finished jumper using our standard delivery options. We are not responsible for loss or damage once the jumper has been handed to the courier, beyond what is covered by the courier’s terms.

  • Lead times: Customisation takes longer than pre-made orders. We will confirm the expected timeframe with you before starting work.

  • Returns: Customised jumpers cannot be returned, unless faulty.

  • Intellectual property: We only work with garments you provide. We are not responsible if the design idea you request infringes third-party rights.

8. Our liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit, business, or goodwill).

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
